Advertising Policy

To ensure a safe and professional environment across all WhatsApp statuses, StatusPulse strictly adheres to acceptable promotional guidelines. All submitted campaigns are manually reviewed before approval.

1. Prohibited Content

Illegal Products or Services: No promotion of drugs, weapons, or illicit goods.
Adult Content: No sexually explicit imagery, overly suggestive media, or adult services.
Scams & Deceptive Practices: No get-rich-quick schemes, unverified investment platforms (e.g., Ponzi schemes), or deceptive landing pages.
Restricted Goods: Tobacco, alcohol, and gambling promotions must comply with Nigerian local laws and cannot be targeted at minors.

2. WhatsApp Commerce Compliance

All media and captions must respect the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
Do not use StatusPulse links to spread spam, malware, or phishing attempts.

StatusPulse reserves the right to reject any campaign, suspend accounts, and confiscate wallets of businesses found violating these guidelines.

Earning & Anti-Fraud Policy

StatusPulse ensures fair compensation for Promoters while protecting Businesses from fake traffic. By using our platform as a Promoter, you agree to the following rules:

1. How Earnings Work

Promoters receive exactly 70% of the Cost-Per-Click (CPC) set by the business for every valid, unique click.
Funds are added to your Promoter Wallet instantly upon a valid click.
The minimum withdrawal limit is ₦1,000 via Paystack transfer to your registered bank account.

2. The 24-Hour Unique Click Rule

You are paid for unique human traffic. If a user clicks your link, you earn money. If that same user clicks your link again within 24 hours, the click will redirect normally, but it will not generate earnings.

3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

No Bots or VPNs: Our Anti-Fraud Engine tracks IP addresses, device fingerprints, and redirect speeds. Bot traffic is automatically rejected.
No Self-Clicking: Repeatedly clicking your own links will flag your account in the fraud logs.

Violation of these anti-fraud rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
